How do I play? Open the "How to Play" screen from the main menu for the full rules. In short: you see the enemy's positions but not their identity until combat. Higher ranks defeat lower ones, traps and special units add depth, and you win by capturing the enemy Banner.

Does it need an internet connection? No. Shadow Command is single-player, runs entirely on your device, and works offline.

Are there ads or in-app purchases? No ads and no in-app purchases.

• The app runs on your device and does not transmit personal information. It may load standard display fonts from a third-party provider to render text; no personal information is sent in the process.
